Wildflowers Pediatric Therapy was created with a heart for helping children grow, thrive, and reach their full potential. Located in Duncan, Oklahoma, we provide Occupational, Physical, Speech, and Feeding Therapy services in a supportive, family-centered environment. Our clinic is rooted in compassion, expertise, and a deep commitment to the children and families we serve.
At Wildflowers, we believe every child is unique and deserves individualized care designed around their specific strengths and needs. Through occupational therapy, we support independence in daily activities, fine motor development, sensory processing, and self-care skills. Our physical therapy services focus on building strength, balance, coordination, and confident movement. Speech therapy helps children develop communication, language, and social interaction skills, while feeding therapy encourages safe, positive, and successful mealtime experiences.

Hi, I’m Jill Garrett, an occupational therapist and the proud founder of Wildflowers Pediatric Therapy in Duncan, Oklahoma. My journey with children began long before Wildflowers ever took root. I started as an elementary school teacher, where my passion for helping children grow and thrive first blossomed. Since 2013, I’ve dedicated my career to occupational therapy, blending my love for education, hands-on therapy, and family-centered care.
Outside of the clinic, my greatest joy is my family. My husband, Jerry, and I have a beautifully blended family: Taylor and his wife Madison, Addy, Ally, Crue, and Saylar—each one unique, much like the wildflowers that inspired the name of this clinic.
When dreaming up Wildflowers, I envisioned a place where children could grow in confidence and ability, much like wildflowers flourish when nurtured with care. Our mission is to cultivate growth and confidence in children through playful, purposeful, and intentional therapy inspired by faith and service. In addition to providing therapy services at our clinic, I am honored to serve the Duncan Public Schools, supporting students as they grow and succeed in their school environments.

Meet Josey Ballard!
“I’m an Occupational Therapy Assistant who graduated from the SWOSU-CKTC OTA program in 2021, and I’ve been passionate about helping children reach their full potential ever since. I love supporting kids as they develop fine motor skills, visual motor skills, self-care, feeding, and sensory processing. When I’m not working with children, I enjoy spending time with my husband, Austin, as well as our family and friends. My favorite part of occupational therapy is collaborating with families and celebrating every small victory along a child’s developmental journey. At Wildflowers Pediatric Therapy, I love being part of a team that genuinely cares about each child and their family".
